"Don't Be a Tosser. Be a Tossr" -  Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter

This promotion ("Promotion") is run by Singular Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 22689757999) of 24/6 Meridian Place, Bella Vista, Australia ("Promoter", "we", "us", "our").

2. What this is

The Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winner is determined by the Promoter based on the judging criteria set out in clause 7 below.

3. Who can enter

The Promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the Promoter, and of any agency or supplier directly associated with this Promotion, are not eligible.

By entering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. The Promoter may verify eligibility at any time and may disqualify any entry that does not comply.

4. When entries open and close

Entries open at 12:01 AM AEST on 14 May 2026 and close at 11:59 PM AEST on 15 June 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

5. How to enter

To submit a valid entry, an eligible person must, during the Entry Period:

1. Follow the official Tossr Instagram account, @tossrbinbags.
2. Comment on the Promotion post on the @tossrbinbags Instagram feed, tagging one (1) Australian friend aged 18 or over.
3. Include in that same comment a short, original written entry describing the moment your tagged friend stopped being a tosser and became a Tossr legend (maximum 500 characters).
4. Both the entrant and the tagged friend must be following @tossrbinbags at the time entries close. Comments tagging accounts that do not follow @tossrbinbags will be automatically disqualified.

Bonus entry (optional):

• Share the Promotion post to your Instagram Story and tag @tossrbinbags This earns one (1) additional entry. Stories must be public for verification.This story must be sent via Instagram Message to @tossrbinbags in order to qualify for your additional entry.

Multiple entries: Entrants may submit multiple comments tagging different friends. Each unique combination of entrant + tagged friend + written entry is treated as one (1) entry. Repeating the same tagged friend will be treated as a single entry.

Disqualification: The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, exclude any entry that is offensive, defamatory, infringes any third party's rights, is generated wholly or substantially by AI tools, or is otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.

6. The prize

There is one (1) major prize:

• Five (5) years of Tossr bin bags, delivered as twenty (20) packs of 90 Tossr bags, sent anywhere in Australia.
• The winner may choose between 15L, 35L, or 55L sizes.
• All shipping costs within Australia are covered by the Promoter.
• Approximate total retail value: AU$600, based on current retail pricing of AU$60 per pack of 180 large.

The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not exchangeable for any other product. Deliveries will be sent to a single Australian residential or postal address nominated by the winner.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or cannot accept the prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. How the winner is chosen

Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter against the following weighted criteria:

Judging will take place between 15 June 2026 and 29 June 2026 at the Promoter's place of business. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner notification and announcement

The winner will be notified by direct message via the Tossr Instagram account on or before 30 June 2026. The winner's Instagram handle (and, with their separate written consent, first name and state of residence) may be announced publicly via the Tossr Instagram account and other Tossr marketing channels.

The winner must reply within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim the prize. The Promoter may require proof of age and Australian residency before commencing prize delivery.

9. Use of entries

By entering, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and otherwise use your entry (including your Instagram handle) for the purposes of administering the Promotion and for the Promoter's promotional and marketing activities for a period of up to twelve (12) months from the close of the Entry Period. You retain ownership of your entry.

You warrant that your entry is your original work, has not been published elsewhere, and does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected for the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at tossr.com.au/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information for the purpose of administering the Promotion, contacting you in connection with the prize, and (with separate consent) ongoing marketing communications.

11. Instagram release

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time if events beyond its reasonable control prevent the Promotion from running as planned, subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death (except where caused by the Promoter's negligence) suffered or sustained by any entrant or the winner in connection with the Promotion or the prize.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
